Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To start a return, email us with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made a shipping error.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong design, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't need to cover return shipping in this case.
